When Howard Chatham began building homes in 1948, he knew right from the start that 75 years into the future, a family would still be a family, neighbors would still be neighbors and we would all still want to feel proud of the neighborhood and homes in which we would live.

Chathambilt Homes is proud to receive the prestigious Southern Living Custom Home Builder of the Year Award which was presented at the annual Southern Living Home Summit.  “Out of all the awards we’ve been honored to receive throughout our seventy-plus years of building homes for families in our communities, this is the one I’m most proud to hang on our walls.” says David Chatham, president of Chathambilt Homes.  “My dad would have turned 100 this year and would have been so proud to see what his company and family have accomplished.”
